POSITION SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to multiple departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

• Research, accumulate, organize and assemble information
• Finalize, distribute, and expedite return of documents
• Process Cut Lists
• Typing, copying, scanning, faxing and filing responsibilities
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
• Monitor Inventory
• Develop business relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Process receiving paperwork
• Schedule shipping, delivery, and pick ups
• Order office supplies and support accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently
• Exceptional problem solving, multi task, prioritize, creative thinking and organizational skills
• Effective follow up skills
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude
  • Excellent telephone and office etiquette
  • Maintain Confidentiality
  • Detail Orientated, accurate and complete

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Plant manufacturing environment, but will work in office
