Business Development

JOB SUMMARY:

Ben Hur is seeking a Business development candidate with a proven track record to serve in the performance and development of sales activities in the construction industry. Sales/marketing experience in general and/or industrial construction is required. Candidate will establish and own the plans and strategies aimed to serve and expand the customer base. The ability to serve as a local business development representative by maintaining customer contacts and relationships.  

Business Relationships: Leverage relationships with the customer in support of sales strategies; Use internal and external relationships to accurately assess and overcome potential barriers

Sales Process: Proactively execute a sales plan and carry out entire process to deliver desired results (versus simply reacting to customer requests); Identify new prospects; Manage available resources to maximize results; Provide consultative support and manage customer contacts; Assist with leading strategic account growth, planning, and sales forecasting processes.
